Binding Not-to-Exceed Estimate
Also known as: Not-to-exceed, Guaranteed not-to-exceed
A consumer-friendly estimate in which you pay the actual cost if it is lower than the estimate, but never more than the estimate if it is higher. Widely considered the best estimate type for shippers.
